Delivery Information

   We strive to make the purchasing process as convenient as possible for you, so we offer several payment and delivery options.

Payment options:

• Payment to a bank account (for individuals and legal entities). After confirming your order, you will be provided with payment details.

• Cash or non-cash payment at a Nova Poshta branch – pay for your order on the spot after checking the goods.

Delivery throughout Ukraine:

• Delivery to any city in Ukraine, to a Nova Poshta branch or post office (delivery cost according to the carrier's rates)

• Delivery time: 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. 7-10 days if ordered.

Free delivery for orders over 10,000 UAH!

After shipment, you will receive a TTN number to track your parcel.

A deposit may be required for some items.

If the order has already been placed with the supplier and you decide to cancel it, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.
