Exchange and return
We are confident in the quality of our products, so we can confidently guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange the product for another one, at your discretion.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer has the right to return non-food products of good quality if they are not satisfied with the shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.
The buyer has the right to return goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. Returns are possible if the goods have not been used and their appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued with the goods have been preserved.
Thus, non-food goods of good quality can be returned if:
1. no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
2. the goods have not been used;
3. the goods are in good condition, with their consumer properties, seals, labels, etc. intact;
4. there is a payment document (receipt);
5. the goods are not included in the list of goods that cannot be returned.
The return of goods and funds is possible only if all of the above conditions are met.

The goods, together with the completed application form, must be sent to the address indicated in the “return application” or to the address agreed with the manager.
The return delivery of goods subject to return is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the return form by the seller.
